How do I sign up?

You start by choosing one of the domain we have available, create an account with us for you. Pay the Initial fee, and we will create a profile for you in our project management tool ( to join us there. There, we will communicate, share texts and pictures, select sections to use and give us feedback on how things are looking up, so we can build and maintain your website.

How long are the contracts?

The lease to use the domains are for 3 years. However, there is no obligation on your part. If you choose not to continue with our services, simply log in your account and select to cancel the service.

Is there a limit on how long I can lease a domain?

There is no limit. Once 3 years have lapsed, you can continue with the Service on a month-to-month basis lease without the need to buy out the domain.

How do I cancel the service?

Simply log in your account and select to cancel the service. We will sent an email to confirm it is your intention to cancel and if you would like to download or transfer your website files. We will stop any payments scheduled upto the day before (central time observed).

Is there a discount for yearly payment?

We offer one month off the monthly maintenance fee, just email us requesting a yearly fee and we will update your account billing status for your next billing cycle.

Do I need web hosting?

We provide you with our web hosting services and is included in your monthly service fee.

Is there a bandwidth or web disk limit?

There is no limit of bandwidth nor disk space. However, we do have an Acceptable Use Policy we enforce to avoid abuses of our services.

Do you sell domains?

We have a portfolio of domains for the intended use of Personal Websites, all our domains are for sale except for the ones that are currently under lease, for which the lessee holds a right to buy.

Can I use my own domains?

As our priority is for our clients leasing our domains, we can only allow parked domains and addon domains, If that is your case, your are welcome to point their dns to our nameservers. If you need assistance, just reach out to our Support Team.

If I already have a website, can I transfer it to your web hosting?

As part of our skills is to build you a website, we can only garantee knowlegde of the templates we manage and customize on a daily basis, we strongly encourage you to consider the templates we use. However, if you insist, please contact our support team so they can assess your website and their ability to provide you the service.

How many changes can I do on the website?

We want happy customer, so.. as many as you would like, for as long as you would like. Just head out to the basecamp application and open up a new task, our Support Team will help you.
